In 1974 Paul Magleby, President of Magleby Construction, set out to create a higher standard of living for anyone building a new home. Shortly after graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, Paul obtained a Utah General Contractors license. Presently, Magleby Construction has grown to a nationally recognized custom home builder, reflecting the highest standard of living in every home Magleby builds. Each Magleby team member is continuously dedicated to maintain this higher level of building through continued education and developing precise building processes that specifically increase the productivity and efficiency of each project.

Since 1978 Paul Magleby has actively been involved with the Utah Valley Home Builders Association serving on the local Board of Directors and for the last 10 years he has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Builders. This active role in each organization has opened several opportunities for Magleby Construction to improve the community through a number of service projects.
